Location: New Orleans

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support a variety of construction, installation, repair, and finishing projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well independently and with a team, and follows safety standards while delivering reliable results.

Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project specifications and drawings.
  • Construct, install, repair, and maintain structural and finished woodwork.
  • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, sketches, and work orders.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with requirements.
  • Collaborate with other trades and project team members to complete tasks on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable building codes.
Qualifications
  • Experience in carpentry, construction, or a related field.
  • Ability to read and understand measurements, blueprints, and technical instructions.
  • Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and job site safety practices (OSHA 30 required).
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may include lifting, standing, bending, and working in varied environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Vocational training, apprenticeship, or certification in carpentry or construction.
  • Experience with framing, finishing, cabinetry, remodeling, or trim work.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and construction best practices.
