Position Summary:

Keefe's A/C, Heating & Plumbing is seeking skilled and customer-focused Residential Plumbers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in customers' homes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform repairs on water heaters (tank and tankless), faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, water lines, drain lines, and sewer systems.
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures and piping in accordance with local plumbing codes.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and other issues.
• Explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices.
• Ability to diagnose plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Louisiana Journeyman Plumber License (preferred but not required, depending on position).
• Experience with water heater installation, sewer repairs, and drain cleaning.
• Service Titan or similar field service software experience is a plus.
