We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance worker to join our team in Abita Springs, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and building systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain and repair building structures, fixtures, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management.

• Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
