US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Operate a small full-service bar, mixing and serving a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
Record sales and make change or prepare charge slips in accordance with operating procedures;
Keep bar, utensils, equipment and work area clean and sanitary;
Keep records of quantities of beverages dispensed and submit restocking requests to supervisor;
Deny further sales to persons whose conduct is unruly or who appear intoxicated
