Trillium Construction is seeking structural welders near Rayville, LA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural welding using 7018 electrodes in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Weld and fabricate mezzanines, platforms, structural beams, and miscellaneous metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
• Fit, align, and assemble structural steel members prior to welding.
• Inspect welds for quality and ensure compliance with applicable codes and company standards.
• Operate welding, cutting, and grinding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.

Pay:
Up to $35 Per Diem: $150 / day for all 7 days if full schedule is worked.

- Sat, 60h / week

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a structural welder.
• Proficient in SMAW (7018 stick welding) on structural steel.
• Experience welding mezzanines, platforms, beams, stairs, handrails, and miscellaneous metals.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Pass pre-employment screenings

Certifications:

• D.1.1 certifications
• Fall Protection certification
• OSHA certification
• Lift certifications
