Previous construction experience, preferably involving concrete work Ability to operate hand and power tools safely Strong knowledge of construction-site safety procedures Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work outdoors Blueprint-reading skills required for Carpenters and Rodbusters High school diploma or equivalent preferred Vocational training or apprenticeship experience is a plus Carpentry, welding, or related certifications preferred

Job Duties:

Build, position, and dismantle concrete forms Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Operate mixers, saws, drills, and jackhammers Dig trenches and shovel gravel Prepare and clean construction sites Report safety concerns and maintain an organized work area Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
