Provide leadership, instruction, and guidance to other craft workers on the work crew;
Build, position, and dismantle scaffolds and related temporary structures per sketches or standards;
Examine blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and requirements;
Inspect base surfaces for obstructions and prepare work area;
Erect scaffolding and install ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms, and brackets according to job specs
