Senior Technician/Supervisor
Installation, repair and maintenance of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, emergency shutdown systems and equipment. Performs installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. Layout, measure, bend, cut, thread, ream and fit hard pipe systems. Install single line and group tubing and fittings. Calibrates and commissions instrument circuits and end devices. Layout and install pneumatic and hydraulic panels and end devices.
Oversees the demolition of tubing and end devices. Knowledge of industry and American Petroleum Institute standards. Able to read and red line relevant construction drawings and P&'s. Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic control logic. Supervise small crews and perform duties of Field Lead during absence. Provide technical support to and mentor subordinates. Process all field service documentation in a correct and timely manner in absence of Field Tech Lead.
Ensure all quality standards and HSE policies and procedures are supported and adhered to. Recognize and mitigate safety hazards and dangers. All above functions performed without supervision.
