Housing Authority of New Orleans is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform emergencies, preventive maintenance, and routine repairs on plumbing, electrical, appliances and HVAC systems at our New Orleans properties.
The role requires a high school diploma (GED) and at least four years of general maintenance experience, with preference for formal apprenticeship or technical training. This is a full-time, on-site position with OSHA safety compliance and property preservation focus.
