Perform general inspections, troubleshooting and repairs of minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing items within the hospital or clinic setting;
Respond to and repair specialty systems such as nurse call, fire alarm, television, medical gas, and ceiling systems;
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and document appropriately;
