Boilermakers / Pipe fitters - 4/10s - $29.64/hr - Franklin, LA

Turner Industries is seeking experienced Boilermakers / Pipe fitters for long-term work at a plant in Franklin, Louisiana. These roles involve fabricating, assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems and equipment. The ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials in an industrial environment.

• $29.64 per hour DOE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) to four (4) years of experience in specified skill (depending on mechanic level)
• Demonstrated proficiency in construction tool use (grinders, oxy/acetylene torch, etc.)
• Rigging experience
• Ability to read field drawings, sketches, and engineering drawings (A-class Pipefitter)
• Knowledge of flanged pipe connections and cross pattern bolting technique
• Ability to read and utilize a tape measure and framing square
• Proficiency with power tools for pipe preparation
• Ability to make accurate and precise weld connection fit ups (A-class Pipefitter)
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
• Compliance with company and client job site safety requirements
• Physical ability to climb, lift 30-50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights
