Deckhand -Fleet at Turn Services Orleans, LA

Location :
Multiple Locations

Pay : $200-$240 per day (based on experience)

Schedule : 2-for-1 rotation

• Building and breaking tow
• Securing boats and barges
• Line handling and rigging
• Standing lookout watches
• General vessel upkeep (cleaning, cooking, painting, chipping)
• Minor engine room tasks (oil changes, greasing, filter changes)
• Additional duties as directed by the Captain or Mate

• Competitive Pay: $200-$240/day based on experience

• Prior push boat experience highly preferred, but not required.

• TWIC card (must maintain)
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum age: 18
• Ability to work holidays/weekends and adapt to changing schedules

• Lift up to 100 lbs.
• Climb ladders, work on uneven surfaces, and in all weather conditions
• Comfortable working aboard boats and barges

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
