Please note, this is not a remote job and requires physical presence at the job site.

The Electrician Helper will play a crucial role in supporting our electrical projects, primarily focusing on commercial and industrial settings. This entry-level position is designed for candidates who are committed to learning and growing within the electrical industry. While previous experience in electrical work is advantageous, it is not mandatory for candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

• Assist electricians with daily electrical installation and maintenance tasks.
• Help pull, route, and organize electrical wire and cable.
• Assist with installing conduit, electrical boxes, fixtures, and other electrical components.
• Use basic hand and power tools as directed.
• Load, unload, carry, and organize electrical materials and equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with measuring, cutting, and preparing materials.
• Follow instructions from electricians and supervisors.
• Follow all company and job-site safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous electrical helper, construction, or industrial experience is a plus.
• Experience with conduit, wiring, or electrical installations.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Willingness to learn electrical skills and follow directions.
• Ability to work safely in a construction or industrial environment.
• Must be dependable and have good attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor as required.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Electrical construction experience.
• Commercial or industrial electrical experience.
