Assemble scaffold components including handrails, mid rails, braces, planks, toe boards, and wheels per specifications;
Inspect base surfaces and prepare layouts for scaffolding;
Use carpentry hand tools to cut and fit materials and measure dimensions;
Observe and comply with safety and project rules
