Residential HVAC Installer
$31-$41/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | New Orleans, LA
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Occasional Seasonal Overtime

- Install residential heating and cooling systems
- Complete HVAC system replacements and change-outs
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment
- Perform start-ups and verify proper system operation
- Complete refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, venting, and equipment connections
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to complete installations efficiently
- Identify installation challenges and help determine effective solutions
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- EPA Refrigerant Certification required
- HVAC Technical School graduate preferred
- NATE certification is a plus
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
