Job Title:
Field Services Technician In-office: 5 days per week onsite
Location:
St Francisville, LA (Within a one-hour drive)
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Field Services Technician.
- Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT and network hardware, including routers, switches, servers, and workstations.
- Familiar with Windows 10/11, LAN/WAN, network troubleshooting, and Citrix environments.
- Experience with network deployments, upgrades, migrations, and asset management.
- Familiarity with Service Now is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., assist with hardware installation and movement.
- Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver s license with REAL is required for this position.
- Ability to absorb training materials and successfully complete post-training tests.
- Ability to support extended hours, outages, and emergency response situations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
