We are currently looking for a talented, energetic, and self-motivated Carpenter to join our maintenance team.

As a Carpenter, you will perform a variety of residential carpentry and repair work, including:

Finish carpentry

Framing and structural repairs

Flooring and subfloor repairs

Window and door replacement

Ceramic tile installation

Light siding and roofing repairs

We’re looking for candidates who:

Have experience in multiple areas of carpentry

Own their own tools

Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Can pass a background check and drug screening
