* What You’ll Do:

*** Troubleshoot problems and identify effective repair solutions
* Perform routine maintenance for residents, including
** electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
*** Prepare vacant apartments for
** new resident move-ins
*** Complete work safely and in compliance with company safety standards
* Keep accurate records of maintenance work and service requests
* Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests
* Deliver
** exceptional customer service
** and help create a positive resident experience## Qualifications
* Previous experience as a
** Maintenance Technician
** or in a similar position
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
* Working knowledge of plumbing, appliances, and general apartment maintenance
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A dependable, team-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift, stand, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks
* Reliable transportation and your own basic tools

**** Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
