Perform mechanical tasks and repairs of production machines;
Maintenance and emergency repairs of restaurant decor, cooking equipment, refrigeration, heating and air conditioning, and overall store upkeep;
Execute daily work orders including preventative maintenance and installation of new equipment;
Identify parts needed to repair tools and equipment;
Coordinate with equipment companies for technical support
