Perform general and routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant facilities and equipment;
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, ovens, ice machines, plumbing, electrical, and related systems;
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies;
Coordinate with Store and Operations management to determine needs of individual stores;
Communicate effectively with a large diverse team and update internal work order tracking system
