Electrical Foreman

All Star Electric is looking to hire an Electrical Foreman
. You will be responsible for leading a crew to perform electrical installations as well as maintaining the job timeline, keeping it on schedule and within budget, and reporting to team leaders on any setbacks and updates.

• Lead a team on electrical installations and electrical repairs.
• Plan and assign tasks to crew members.
• Train and guide apprentices on electrical installations and repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Inspect all electrical work is up to company standards and complies with national, state, and local codes.
• Communicate with team leaders regarding all project statuses.
• Maintain proper and accurate documentation.
• Ensure that every team member is performing work duties safely.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a supervisory position.
• 5+ years' experience in the electrical construction industry.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and electrical codes within a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of general safety guidelines.
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Time management and Organization skills
