** What You'll Do
** This role performs all aspects of inspection, repair, and maintenance on tank cars while supporting a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
** On any given day, you will:
*** Conduct railcar inspections and repairs using approved repair procedures
* Perform mechanical, structural, valve, and component repairs on tank cars
* Complete inspection reports, work orders, and repair documentation
* Maintain required certifications and qualifications
* Ensure compliance with AAR rules, regulations, and company standards
* Support customer requirements through quality workmanship and attention to detail
* Work safely while contributing to production and operational goals
* Collaborate with experienced technicians and leaders in a team-oriented environment
