Power Parts Sales and Service Representative

Taylor Sudden Service is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Power Parts Sales & Service Representative to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in parts, service coordination, heavy equipment, forklifts, diesel equipment, power generation, or another mechanical service environment
.

In this role, you’ll be an important part of keeping our service operation running smoothly by supporting customers, Field Service Technicians, and parts operations.

• Coordinating service needs between customers and Field Service Technicians
• Assisting with repair estimates, maintenance needs, and parts identification
• Processing parts and service orders
• Managing and maintaining parts inventory
• Expediting emergency and backordered parts
• Supporting warranty claims and service documentation
• Tracking technician activity, expenses, and service records
• Helping ensure customers receive timely, professional service and support

• Parts and/or service industry experience
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with equipment service
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and comfort working with web-based systems
• Experience supporting technicians, mechanics, or service operations is highly preferred
