Electrician Journeyman

Job Description

We're looking for motivated electricians with experience in the industrial and commercial sectors. Our rental products consist of light towers, explosion proof lighting, temporary power products, and generators. Come join a growing team with awesome benefits and competitive pay!

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures in a fast paced work environment.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components using est equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of the breakdown and correct the problem.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations and quality production.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Must have ability to perform tasks that include heavy lifting, loading & unloading, carrying, reaching and pulling
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes

​​Qualifications:

• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision.

Requirements:

• 3 years of electrical experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a positive, team-oriented environment
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Driver’s License
