Electrical Foreman

Just Construction are currently representing a rapidly growing national electrical contractor that has built a significant presence within the US mission critical market, looking to make an appointment for a Travelling Electrical Foreman to support a large-scale Data Center project in Iowa.

This is a long-term travelling opportunity with a contractor that has a strong pipeline of mission critical work across the US.

The business has thousands of employees, a substantial national footprint and an established data center operation, with continued investment into expanding its mission critical capabilities.

• Electrical Foreman position on a large-scale data center project
• Work alongside experienced Superintendents, General Foremen and Project Managers
• Opportunity to progress within a rapidly growing mission critical business

• Lead electrical crews on site and oversee daily installation activities
• Coordinate manpower, materials and daily production
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with Superintendents, General Foremen and other trades
• Maintain quality and productivity across assigned electrical scopes
• Support project schedules and key milestones
• Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with project requirements
• Assist with inspections, punch lists and project closeout
• Maintain a safe, organised and productive work environment

• Previous Electrical Foreman experience
• Strong commercial, industrial or large-scale electrical construction background
• Previous mission critical / data center experience advantageous
• Large-scale project experience will also be considered
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings and installation
• Proven ability to lead electrical crews
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel and work on long-term projects

Up to $65 per hour
