What You'll DoDeliver What Keeps the Job Moving- Safely transport torque tools, hydrostatic test units, hoses, fittings, and other specialized equipment to and from job sites.
- Ensure all equipment is properly loaded, secured, and transported according to DOT regulations and company standards.
- Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle documentation.
- Utilize electronic logging devices (ELDs), DVIRs, load tickets, and hauling software to document field activity.
- Assist with rig‑up, rig‑down, and equipment staging when needed.
- Help identify equipment issues and communicate repair needs.
- Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting on trailers and hotshot units.
- Work closely with supervisors, dispatchers, and field crews to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and safely.
- Follow all company safety policies and site requirements.
- Wear required PPE and represent CNC professionally at all times.
- Participate in safety meetings and training.
- Exercise Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions exist.
- Report accidents, near misses, and equipment concerns immediately.

CompensationPay is dependent on experience, qualifications, and relevant industry knowledge. Compensation will be determined based on your CDL experience, industry background, certifications, mechanical aptitude, and overall skill set.
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Class A CDL (HAZMAT preferred)
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Must obtain PEC Card prior to field work
- Minimum 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience
- Must meet all FMCSA and DOT requirements
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Mechanical experience or strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with trailers, oilfield equipment, or hotshot operations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and stay self‑motivated
- Excellent organization and time management
- Understanding of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Professional attitude and commitment to customer service
This is a safety‑sensitive position that requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and industrial environments.
Candidates must be able to:
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
- Climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
- Bend, squat, kneel, and crawl as needed.
- Work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and on‑call schedules.
- Operate safely in demanding field environments.
Must be available for on‑call work 24/7 and support time‑sensitive field operations.
Level 1 - Entry LevelLearn company procedures, equipment basics, trailer operations, and field safety requirements.
Level 2 - Mid‑LevelHandle paperwork independently, perform trailer diagnostics, communicate with customers, and complete field documentation.
Troubleshoot advanced equipment, perform repairs, understand drilling and production operations, and support complex pressure testing activities.
