REPORTS TO: Pupil Appraisal Center Coordinator
FLSA STATUS: Exempt

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Certification by State Department of Education as a Social Worker; (LCSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker “Preferred” or (LMSW) Licensed Mastered Social Worker; additional criteria as the board may require.
