About your service: Work across services in surrounding suburbs of Frankston, Brighton, Highett, Cranbourne, Mentone and Bangholme to name a few.

Hourly Rate: $45.46 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $4.32 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

• Hours: Work 2-3 shifts or more, across Before and After School Care.
• Vacation Care: Flexible 38 Hours per week.
• Travel: Work close to home
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

As our OSHC Relief Service Coordinator you will:

• Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
• Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
• Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

  Qualification:
  
  You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor’s, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
• The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
• The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
