Covenant House International in New Orleans seeks a Housing Navigator Success Specialist to provide housing stability and aftercare services to youth facing homelessness. The successful candidate will engage with youth to develop personalized housing plans and coordinate case management services.
This position requires a commitment to trauma-informed care, as well as collaboration with various community partners to ensure comprehensive support for youth. Evening and weekend flexibility is necessary to accommodate the needs of the youth.
