** Full-Time*
* ** Schedule –
** Monday-Friday but must be available rotationally to provide crisis response and must be available to work non-traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on your family’s needs.

** What You’ll Be Doing:
*** Provide strengths-based, trauma-informed case management services
* Coordinate community resources for youth and families
* Support families in navigating child welfare, mental health, education, and justice systems
* Monitor service plans, provide crisis intervention, and promote permanency planning
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
** Who We’re Looking For:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required
* 1+ year of experience working with children and families
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
* Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills
* Ability to provide own transportation to complete travel requirements of the job required.
* Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and/or State and Local laws and pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check required.
* Available rotationally to provide crisis response and must be available to work non-traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays required.
* Additional education or experience may be required due to state or contractual requirements.
* Florida:
Must be a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) or have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.

*** Must manage emotionally challenging situations
* Travel to homes and community settings required
* Must meet all Boys Town driving, safety, and training requirement
