We are seeking a Behavioral Health Associate Lead (BHA
3) to join our team. We are looking for a positive, empathetic, dedicated, and professional Lead to join our team. Acadiana Treatment Center (ATC) is a 45‑bed residential treatment center providing behavioral health services to adolescent females ages 12‑17 located in the Sunset area.
As a Behavioral Health Associate Lead, you play a vital role in keeping our patients safe while supporting their recovery every day. You will provide hands‑on care and compassionate support in a structured, team‑focused environment where your work truly matters. - Recognize and respond to patient needs with safety as a top priority.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
- CPR and de‑escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
- First Aid and Seizure Training required.
