Paragon Activity Club provides a positive and engaging environment where participants build friendships while enjoying activities, events, and community outings. Each day offers opportunities to develop social skills, independence, and daily living skills in ways tailored to every individual — because at PAC, there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, compassionate, and dependable team members to support participants during after-school respite and school-break camp programming. In this role, you will help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment while leading recreational activities, encouraging social interaction, and supporting daily living skills.

This position is ideal for individuals interested in education, recreation, social services, psychology, or anyone who loves working with children and young adults in a fun, team-focused setting.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise and actively engage participants in recreational activities, games, and community outings
  • Support social skill development, independence, and daily living skills
  • Provide encouragement, guidance, and positive behavior support
  • Assist with activity planning, set-up, and clean-up
  • Ensure participant safety at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members and program leadership
  • Help foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants
What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for working with children and young adults with special needs
  • Positive attitude, patience, and reliability
  • Ability to stay active and engaged throughout the shift
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience in childcare, education, recreation, camps, or human services is a plus (not required)
Schedule & Availability

Ideal candidates are available for:

  • Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm
  • Program starts June 8, 2026 through August 21, 2026
  • Flexible scheduling may be available based on program needs.
