Location: New Orleans
Training Grounds is a nonprofit in New Orleans searching for a Family Navigator to provide case-management and connect families with community resources. You will work with We PLAY Center staff to support birth-to-five families and empower caregivers through education programs.
Responsibilities include intake interviews, referrals, and follow-up, plus collaboration with partners. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with ongoing start date and potential for growth.
