Animator for School Services

Animator for extracurricular services - welcomes a group of children and young people; designs, proposes, and implements activities of animation and leisure within the educational project of the service or facility.

- SKILLS:

- participation in the development of the pedagogical project;

- analyze the needs and characteristics of the audiences welcomed;

- develop and implement pedagogical projects of the hosting structure;

- animate activities and accompany the audiences welcomed;

- supervise leisure activities and adapt them to different audiences;

- design sessions by adapting animation supports in line with the pedagogical project;

- plan animation times respecting the rhythms of the audiences;

- respect the abilities, expression, and creativity of the individual;

- be attentive and know how to dialogue with the public;

- shape and facilitate the project of the youth group;

- adapt to the social and cultural diversity of young people;

- KNOWLEDGE:

- missions, educational projects, structuring of the service and shared values of animation;

- network of socio-educational partners;

- pedagogical knowledge related to the audience;

- methodology of construction of a cycle of activities;

- material and technical conditions of projects and activities;

- rhythm of the child and adolescent;

- activities of awakening, sports, cultural, artistic;

- techniques of animation and supervision;

- characteristics of the adolescent audience.

Contract duration: 5 months

Letter + Curriculum Vitae + Copy of diploma qualification in childhood (at minimum CAP early childhood)

Art. L332-23 disposition 1 of the general code of public service - Only a contractual employee can be recruited for this position because it is a temporary increase in activity. The proposed contract cannot exceed one year, during the same period of 18 consecutive months.
