• Valid School Psychologist certification or license (state-specific as required)
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Prior experience in school or educational settings preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and intervention techniques
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaborative abilities
• Understanding of special education processes and laws (IDEA, Section 504)
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment

• Conduct psycho educational assessments and interpret results for students referred for evaluation
• Develop and implement intervention, prevention, and crisis response strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to determine eligibility and services for special education
• Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development through direct services and consultation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create positive learning environments
• Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ensure compliance with relevant laws
• Provide professional development and guidance for staff on mental health and learning differences
