Educators for Quality Alternatives (EQA) in New Orleans is seeking a highly skilled counselor to provide individual and group counseling to its students and to provide leadership to the school’s trauma-informed approach. More than half of the students have behavioral challenges, with many experiencing PTSD/C-PTSD due to neighborhood violence.
The role joins a team of school counselors, deans, family coordinators, psychologists, and SPED staff.
