• Current, active Louisiana SLP licensure
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Comfort working in diverse educational environments (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt intervention plans to various learning styles and abilities

• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Consult with teachers to provide strategies that integrate into the classroom
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Deliver direct and consultative support services as mandated by student IEPs
