Covenant House New Orleans offers a Compassionate Youth Engagement Specialist role to create a safe, supportive environment for youth experiencing homelessness. The YES builds trusting relationships, promotes life skills, and supports individualized service plans to help youth achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
Working with youth, staff, and partners, the YES uses trauma-informed care, coordinates housing, education, employment, healthcare, and provides crisis intervention.
