Position: UTILITY PROGRAM RELATIONS SUPERVISOR (CLASS CODE 3463)
Location: New Orleans

responsible supervisory and technical work in assigning, coordinating, participating in, and leading activities of utility program specific communications plans for the deputy general superintendent of water programs. Work includes training and directing staff, communicating with individual customers as well as larger commercial entities, creating communications plans with specific terms and durations depending on the program, and coordinating efforts across board and city departments to ensure effective and complete communication;

and related work as required.

  • 1. Possession of a valid driver's license. *
  • 2. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. *
  • 3. Five (5) years of experience in call center, customer service center or performing related customer service functions including one year experience in a management or supervisory capacity.
