This is a rare opportunity to be the human anchor for families navigating one of the most distinctive early childhood programs in Louisiana. The Manager, City Seats Family Support is the primary point of contact for every family enrolled in Agenda for Children's City Seats program, responsible for making sure they feel informed, supported, and connected from the moment they enroll through every step of their family's participation.

You will manage family case records, oversee attendance and enrollment processes, and coordinate referrals to wraparound services, all while leading community outreach and partnership-building across Orleans Parish. You'll work closely with the City Seats Managing Director, the Director of City Seats, the Enrollment Team, and a network of Wraparound Partners to keep the whole program connected. This is relationship-driven, detail-heavy work that combines direct family support, case management, community organizing, and cross-team coordination.

We are looking for someone who understands that in early childhood, trust is everything. If you are energized by connecting families to the resources they need, comfortable holding a lot of moving pieces at once, and genuinely committed to culturally responsive, family-centered practice, this role was built for you.

City Seats Family Engagement & Support (30%)

• Serve as the primary liaison between families, childcare providers, schools, and community services, connecting families to wraparound resources and providing triage support during family crises
• Lead the annual City Seats Parent Orientation, introducing families to the program's philosophy, policies, and expectations
• Maintain accurate, confidential family case records and all documentation required for program evaluation and compliance
• Support families through developmental screenings and referral follow-through, including care coordination with partners like Thrive and Tulane Mental Health
• Apply culturally responsive practices across every interaction with families, children, and professionals

Community Outreach & Resource Development (20%)

• Build and manage the community events calendar, representing Agenda at events serving families with young children
• Recruit prospective families into the City Seats program and coordinate Agenda's presence at community events
• Develop and sustain relationships with community partners, including childcare providers, social services, and early intervention programs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure event vendor documentation, contracts, and payments are handled on time
• Participate in the weekly Attendance Compliance & Case Review process and the Attendance Roundtable
• Lead attendance counseling and information-gathering for children flagged for chronic absence, connecting families to resources like transportation or housing assistance
• Recommend Hardship Attendance Waivers and, where appropriate, disenrollment, following established protocols and the Managing Director's approval
• Ensure attendance data in Child Plus is accurate and current, and support the annual Coordinated Funding Request
• Organize regular meetings with Wraparound Partners to share successes, challenges, and resources
