Community Health Worker (Central Louisiana – Rapides, Catahoula, Concordia, St. Landry, West Feliciana, and surrounding parishes)

Why is this a great job?

“Community Health Workers (CHWs) are trusted members of communities they serve who build relationships at the grassroots level and support individuals, families, and communities by ensuring they are connected to the health and social services they need to be healthy and well. As a CHW, this is an opportunity to work alongside communities and service providers to improve cancer-related health outcomes among those who are most impacted by health disparities such as people of color, those with lower income, and people with low access to healthcare.”
