Milton Hershey School seeks full-time Flex Houseparents who, as a married couple, reside in on-campus student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. The role supports academic, emotional, and social development through structured daily routines and community activities.
Two people in the role will share duties, follow a nine-on/three-off schedule, and progress toward a placed houseparent position living with the same group of students.
