We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable, and secure financial systems and payment processing solutions. This role demands hands-on leadership, deep technical expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, and a strategic mindset to guide cross-functional teams through complex migration projects and challenging product requirements in a fast-paced highly regulated cloud-native environment.

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java, PHP, Angular, and REST APIs
• Oversee and contribute to microservices-based architecture and cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Drive development of responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with Angular and modern UI/UX principles
• Champion CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation practices to ensure efficient and reliable deployments
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Manage code quality and security using tools like Sonar Qube, Bitbucket, and IDE integrations along with code review and approvals
• Experienced in hands-on development, unit testing frameworks and peer reviews
• Drive migration projects from legacy systems to modern platforms with minimal disruption
• Deliver secure, scalable and high-performance payment processing solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, incorporating AI-driven enhancements where applicable
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget while maintaining high standards of performance, scalability, and security
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for agile project management, documentation, and team collaboration
• Mentor and guide developers, promoting best practices and professional growth

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with 4+ years in technical leadership role
• Proven experience with Java, PHP, Angular, and RESTful API development
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms preferably Azure, CI/CD, IaC, and Dev Ops practices
• Strong front-end and back-end development skills with Java, PHP, Angular, HTML5 and CSS3

• Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration
• Familiarity and experience with AI technologies, AI Code Assistant in IDEs, AI agents and their application in enterprise systems

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with third-party payment gateways, payment processing systems, fraud detection systems, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with Claude Code or other AI development tools
