Ellumen is seeking an experienced Software Development Lead to support the Navy's MyNavy HR enterprise. Services include the sustainment, modernization, enhancement, cybersecurity, and operational support of mission-critical HR, manpower, and personnel systems.

• Manage development teams performing software maintenance and enhancements.
• Implement automated code merge, version control, and testing processes.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security.
• Coordinate releases and support urgent software updates.
• Align development practices with PWS requirements.
• Comprehensive unit, integration, and regression tests.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of software development leadership experience.
• Proficiency with modern programming languages, CI/CD tools, and version control systems.
• Experience in Federal or DoD application environments.
• Experience fully automating branching, merging, and testing using modern Git-based version control integrated with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins/Git Lab CI or equivalent).
• Amazon RDS for Oracle (or Aurora) for managed database performance/scalability.
• Experience implementing AWS IAM and Security Hub for least-privilege access and continuous monitoring and Cloud Watch + Guard Duty for proactive threat detection.
• Proficiency in development tools such as:
  Java / J2EE; .NET / C#;
  Spring / Spring Boot; RESTful APIs;
  Angular;
  React; HTML5 / CSS / JavaScript.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain federal clearance (Active clearance preferred).
