We are looking for AI Software Engineers to join an Electric Utilities AI Delivery team in New Orleans, Louisiana. This team will develop software solutions that leverage AI, data, and analytics to support business decision-making and will be working on an enterprise AI initiative to move all products under one architecture. This individual will work within cross-functional product teams to design, build, and deploy end-to-end applications, machine learning solutions, dashboards, and automation tools.

Responsibilities include developing scalable software, integrating AI/ML capabilities into production environments, collaborating with data scientists and business stakeholders. The software engineer must be accustomed to work in a product team environment to deliver solutions and understands the unique differences between product design and software engineering. Products will be delivered leveraging agile principles, moving quickly to create a minimal viable product (MVP), testing with customers throughout the process, and continually improving and adding features.

We are looking for an Engineer I (0-5 years of experience), Sr Engineer (6-8 years of experience), and Sr Engineer Lead (10+ years) and pay ranges depending on experience.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
