Non‑lead members receive on‑the‑job training in Salesforce Apex development, system administration, and cloud‑based implementations.
Technologies or systems used. Front‑end web development, Salesforce development (Apex and Lightning Components), and development pipeline tooling such as Flosum.

Percentages of front‑end, middleware, back‑end, new development (10%), maintenance (10%), reporting (20%), etc. will fluctuate based on work. Initially the team will focus on new development, which will taper over time.
Team leadership? Two junior software engineers will serve as scrum team members.
Total number of openings: 2.
