• Directly supervise the development team and delegate responsibilities accordingly
• Hire new developers and focus on the professional development of the team
• Establish and enforce development standards
• Contribute to project planning and ensure projects are timely, meet quality standards and business objectives
• Develop and continually refine strategies for developing scalable software products and services
• Communicate with executives and stakeholders regarding project planning and business objectives

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• A minimum of 5 years of direct engineering experience
• A minimum of 2 years of prior management experience
• Deep understanding of engineering practices and patterns covering the entire development life cycle

• Prior experience with .Net 6/8
• Obtained a post‑graduate degree or certifications relating to architecture or leadership
• Direct experience building large scale SaaS applications
