, our Creative Technology & AI team within Flamed, in our Barcelona office on a hybrid basis.

As a Senior AI Engineer
, you'll play a key role in building those capabilities. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products and services, working closely with engineers, creative technologists, designers, producers, and artists to turn ambitious ideas into production-ready solutions that have a measurable impact across multiple game teams.

• Own AI products and services throughout their full lifecycle, from discovery and implementation to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Build production-ready AI applications leveraging LLMs, agents, automation frameworks and modern cloud technologies.
• Prototype rapidly to validate ideas with users, then evolve successful experiments into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Partner closely with Creative, Production and Engineering teams to understand workflows and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Drive technical decisions within the team's architecture and engineering standards.
• Participate in design reviews, helping shape technical decisions through thoughtful proposals and engineering trade-offs.
• Ensure solutions are reliable, observable, secure and maintainable by following best practices around testing, versioning, permissions and monitoring.
• Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture by sharing knowledge, improving standards and helping evolve the team's technical practices.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Strong hands‑on engineering skills with experience shipping products end-to-end.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks or automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud services and modern development practices.
• Comfortable moving quickly through ambiguity while maintaining a high engineering bar.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Pragmatic mindset focused on solving real user problems and delivering business impact.
• Passion for applying AI to improve workflows, creativity and operational efficiency.

• Experience building internal platforms or developer tools.
• Experience working with multimodal AI, computer vision or generative media technologies.
• Familiarity with MLOps, evaluation pipelines and AI observability.
• Experience supporting creative production, gaming, content pipelines or digital asset workflows.
