TIBCO Migration Specialist

Mode of work:
Remote (but travel required - eexpenses covered)

Duration: 5+ months

Contract description:

• Analyze existing TIBCO applications and services to understand their architecture and functionality
• Develop a comprehensive migration strategy and roadmap for transitioning TIBCO applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Design and  solutions that replicate or enhance the functionality of existing TIBCO applications
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated applications to ensure they meet performance and quality standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the migration process
• Document migration processes, including architecture diagrams, code changes, and testing results
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues during and after the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to TIBCO  technologies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with TIBCO products (e.g., TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS)  development (C#, ASP.NET, etc.)
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies
• Experience in migrating applications from TIBCO  frameworks
• Proficient in database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and web services (REST/SOAP)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications in TIBCO  technologies are a plus
