We are currently seeking Experienced Forklift Operators for our new Warehouse. An ideal candidate would have 3+ years of FORKLIFT experience Combilift a Plus (not a forklift-only position),

• Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition.
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out and processed properly.
• Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse
• Ensure Safety Protocols and Procedures are followed and maintain safe storage in all racking.
• Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management
• Properly pull, stage, pack and load outgoing deliveries and transfers, ensuring product is not damaged in the process.
• Load and secure trucks by DOT, ensuring safe transportation of goods that does not damage product.
• Organize and sort items on shelving, bins, and overhangs according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse and workplace.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse
• Experience using a forklift is required and professional forklift certification is preferred. Combilift a Plus!
• Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
• Ability to work a somewhat variable shift based on workload each day.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures based on weather changes.
